I was honoured to contribute the foreword to “The Japanese Way of Whisky” written by Dave Broom, a writer who crafts words with the sensibility of a master craftsman.
He wonders why Japanese whisky’s tastes somehow embody the way Japanese people and culture are (if that makes sense…?), and goes on to explore the link between Japanese crafts, culture, and whisky making.
